Salon Policies
Here at Mane Tropic Salon, I try my absolute hardest to provide my clients with the best experience possible. In order for things to run smoothly, the following policies have been set in place to maintain a standard of excellence.
Late Policy
I kindly ask that if you are running late, that you call as soon as possible to notify me so that I can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate you.. I offer a 15 minute grace period, but any later may cause me to have to reschedule or alter your appointment. I ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to drop your car at the valet and get settled in.
Cancelation/No Show Policy
I kindly request that any appointments that need to be canceled or rescheduled are done so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Clients who cancel with less than 24 hour notice will be charged a cancelation fee of 50% of their original booked service cost. Clients who no-show or cancel day of will be charged 100% of their original booked service cost and will be required to prepay in full for any future bookings.
New Clients
All new clients will be required to make a deposit of 50% of the booked service to hold their appointment. The deposit will be credited to your service day of, but is not refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hour notice or fail to show up for your appointment. All clients who are visiting Mane Tropic Salon for the first time must send a current hair photo and one of your desired goals prior to booking. This ensures that we are not only a good fit, but that we schedule ample time to achieve your goals, discuss maintenance, and initial investment.
Post Service Adjustments
In the event that there is a legitimate concern with your color preceding your visit with me, you will have 10 days post service to contact me for a complimentary redo. Any person looking to alter their color past the 10 day adjustment period will be charged for additional services rendered.
Additional Guest Info
Please be aware that my salon suite is much smaller than most large scale salons. I absolutely love meeting your kids and friends, but I kindly ask that when you come for your appointment with me, that you bring just yourself. If you would like to bring a friend/family member with you who is interested in becoming a future client of mine, please call or text me first to check if I have the space to accommodate them that day. Please also note that the building I am in has a very strict no animal policy. If you require the aid of your service pet, please contact me prior to your salon visit.
